Can i put treated pine in my general waste skip bin?

Yes you can, treated pine has now been deregulated. 


Is same day delivery possible?  

If you order before 1pm on Monday or Friday, we can typically have your skip bin delivered out to you that same day. 


What can i put in my skip?

Skip bins can take most items, please see our Waste Types for more information on what can be put into specific bins. 

Certain items attract a surcharge to dispose of. These include:

  • Mattresses
  • E-Waste (TV's, Computers, Electronics, etc.)

What sizes do you have?

We have a variety of sizes available, please see our Skip Sizes for more information.


What is included in the price?

Our prices always include the following:

  • Delivery
  • Pickup
  • Weight allowance relevant to the specific size skip bin

Where can the bin be placed?

Skip Bins generally must be placed within your property boundry. They can be placed on footpaths or roads, if you provide us with appropriate documentation from your local council.

Drivers can be instructed on specific postitioning of your skip bin, however the drivers must perform risk assessment on a case by case basis. As such, the driver may refuse a bin placement if deemed excessively difficult or dangerous.


How long can I keep the skip bin for?

Our rental period in Port Augusta is based on Monday to Friday, or Friday to Monday. 

This means we can deliver you out a Skip bin on Monday for work during the week, to be picked up on the Friday, or we can deliver you out a Skip bin on the Friday for the weekend.

Can I have an exact delivery time?

We cannot offer exact delivery times for several reasons. 

Firstly, to keep travel time (and therefore prices) down, we typically like to organise our day based on grouping service areas together. If issues are arise, our drivers can be held up completeing jobs which can set our schedule back. This can make delivering individual bins at speficic time frames costly and difficult. 

However, (given sufficient notice) we can try schedule your service to be perfromed around a generalised time frame that best suits you (morning, afternoon, mid-day, etc.)


Why does pricing vary by location?

We always try and ensure we give our customers the best price possible. Deliveries made outside of our standard service area can attract an extra charge to allow for time to complete service.
